Room was very large, clean, well situated in Greymouth. The beds were comfortable, large kitchen with stove. Suggestions is to have a range to removed the smoke/ scent of cooking and a hook in shower for shampoo, rinse as it must be held or placed on floor of shower.

Noisy. Busses full of people talking outside until late in the car park and in the motel corridors. The busses start up early and run their engines waiting for passengers. Also there is no lift so you may need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. Close proximity to all the attractions and restaurants.

Big room with a really big bathroom. Parking right in front of the room. No issue with noise. Location is good for people with cars as there didn't seem to be a lot of food in short walking distance.
