This hotel is great price, excellent location, clean, comfortable. Loved the hotel but, staff was not very friendly and they have an 11pm curfew! What??? I’m a grown adult. Curfew is ridiculous! We had to turn in the key by 11pm or be locked out!

Owner lovely and we were well looked after. Position of property by the bus stop so convenient for return travel from florence. Loved the Tuscan village and the break from the City holiday. Attended the Saturday market and had a lovely time. Would go back.

Only there for a night then moved. It was a nice clean place. Only thing was that I was on the third floor and no elevator, so had to carry my suitcase up three flights but I got help with it.

Handy hotel in Greve

Lovely hotel with renovated clean rooms. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Nice couple are happy to help. It's really near the amazing enoteca where you can choose tastings from over a 100 wines with a prepaid card. Just push a button and wine flows from the tap! Its opposite the Coop supermarket.

Cute Little Place

Right on the Chiantigiana Road, across from the main Radda bus stop. No issues with traffic noise. Minutes away from the main square and a Co-op. Excellent room with a Tuscan character. Beautiful and clean. Comfortable bed. Very spacious and clean ensuite. Very good breakfast. Limited grasp of English but nevertheless very helpful and accommodating staff. We were able to have our breakfast about an hour earlier than usual because we had to leave early.

Casa al Sole in Greve in Chianti

A friendly little hotel in Greve. Lovely couple who run it and it is so clean it would make a new pin look filthy. Breakfast plentiful if unchanging so you might get fed up with it after a few days. Ignore advice about a fridge in your room - they just don't work but the owners will happily put your drinks in the fridge in the kitchen for you. Little hotel bar available as well and reasonably priced, especially for Italy. Satellite TV would have benefited from having a couple of channels in English e.g. BBC World. Parking can be a challenge but you just have to adopt the Italian triple parking approach in the nearby open space. Great central location for exploring Chianti. Best restaurant in town (quality and value) is the Gallo Nero on the main road. And for cheap drinks with locals go to the Bar Va VA just south on the main road past the Gallo Nero.

Hotel bom… nada demais… quartos, café da manhã e atendimento simples. Estacionamento pagoda, proximo ao hotel. Pedimos um travesseiro a mais, e tivemos que pagar 1 euro.

Hotel semplice, pulito, con camere molto spaziose (le nostre camere erano all’ultimo piano ed avevano un balcone grande con affaccio sulla piazza antistante). È un hotel a conduzione familiare ed il personale è accogliente e gentile. La posizione è molto comoda per girare a piedi e raggiungere negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo lasciato la nostra auto in un parcheggio pubblico alle spalle della struttura, con strisce blu a pagamento.
