Disliked: Cleanliness
I did not end up staying at this property due to a major issue with the reservation. The manager double-booked the unit and did not notify us in advance. We spent hours trying to reach her without success, which left us scrambling to find last-minute accommodations.This situation completely disrupted our planned 3-day vacation. Instead of relaxing, we had to book and move between two different hotels, dealing with multiple check-ins and check-outs. Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience.
