Un hotel sin más

El hotel en si para dormir está bien pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, en 4 días no nos cambiaron sábanas y eso que las teníamos manchadas ya de inicio, el bar y la comida muy bien y el personal también

Rooms are very dated, front of reception is understaffed. Great breakfast options and great kitchen staff. Rooms are NOT soundproof you can hear over guests when there are arguments or loud conversation. Parking is average, location is middle of nowhere. I imagine it is very lovely in the summer.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and a very good size. We will definitely be staying again, and such a lovey veiw over the lakes.

The bath was dirty I had to clean it before use, the bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable also it was on wheels which is weird breakfast was the sadest breakfast I’ve ever had one of each item and it wasn’t nice at all, my napkin was also dirty our room was also so hot with must the ceiling fan to cool it down which didn’t really work the only saving grace was the staff were nice. We will not be coming back

There is no soundproofing at all. I could deal with the sounds from the pipes when someone ran a tap In another room, however to have 4 or 5 people being rowdy in the adjoining room to 2.30am was unacceptable and I did not sleep.

Firstly I will say the lady in reception was very lovely and checked me in early as my flight landed ahead of schedule. Unfortunately my stay was not Pleasant the room aside from being very old and run down had thick black mold around the window and the room smelt heavily of mold. The bathroom mixer tap only ran hot and burn your skin hot so I ran a bath and left it for an hour to cool so I could take a dip. While in the bath I noticed the thick dust accumulation and urine all over the toilet, tiles were falling from the wall and cracked and it really was pretty grimey in there. I had only booked for 2 nights and needed to be close to the hospital but after 1 night I had to leave the hotel was extremely noisy I was woken at 1.20 am and the noise carried on until the early hours I finally got back to sleep around 5am. While the hotel is in a good location and cheap unfortunately it could really do with being more cared for, cleaning of all the mold and re sealing and painting wouldn’t go a miss, the curtains and nets were very smelly I’m guessing from the mold. I think that if they gave the rooms a thorough spring clean, some new shams and a lick of paint it could be nice but I don’t understand how they have an 8.0 rating because it truly was pretty awful there.

We had a lovely stay at the inn on the lake hotel, the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The view in our room and the lake area is beautiful. Very good for the price.

Bedroom clean although definitely needs redecoration as does the bathroom as it looks very tired. We had the Christmas dinner which was just warm,the breakfast was ok but no other milk for allergies so couldn’t have cereals.
