Very easy check in/check out, plenty of parking, very close to the A2 (which you can't hear because the hotel is quiet and well soundproofed. Nice staff and a comfy stay, next to a Co-Op for essential snacks/food, and seemingly tennis/football pitches being built next door (not sure if hotel guests will be able to use them, but worth noting!). A great stay at very competitive prices; we'll be stopping here again on trips down to cross-Channel ferries or Eurotunnel.

Good location for travellers but not much locally apart from Bluewater Clean modern hotel fairly basic but fine Nice very popular restaurant and bar with good selection Cleaning ladies were excellent but only called every three days or so. Basic but plentiful tea coffee supplies

Good hotel

The room was clean, warm witha comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities in room with a basket of tea and coffee sachets at reception if you need more. Only issue was that the shower wasnt the best, not very strong flow and didnt stay hot for long.

Could do with smart tv’s, an iron/ironing board actually in the room and a coffee pod machine + biscuits. Also, it would be good if you could get plates and cutlery for takeaways in the hotel rather than having to walk over to the restaurant. Also, the towels always smell like paint. It’s like the laundry is adding a small amount of white paint to their process.
