My family and I have known the Canarius hotel for some time, and we clearly noticed the need for immediate repair in several areas, including the playground. The services, food, and the farm remain the highlights of the hotel, especially if there are children in the family. On the other hand, the bathrooms, the air conditioning in the rooms, the outdoor playground, and the indoor play area urgently need maintenance. I believe that the management needs to take these details seriously because, for a countryside hotel of Canarius’ caliber to stay competitive, the details definitely make all the difference.

Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas em péssimo estado. O quarto com uma cortina que fazia nojo só de olhar. Em péssimo estado de conservação. As portas, de todos os quartos, batem muito ao fechar. O café da manhã foi bom. A água do chuveiro demora muitíssimo para esquentar. Enfim, o hotel precisa de uma boa administração.

Nice and large hotel with a convention center

Excellent option, super easy access from main highway, good convention center, ok breakfast, pretty clean and renovated. Nice swimming pools with a slide, zipline and a few other options for kids.

Não recomendo, decepcionante!

Não recomendo, principalmente pelo valor da diária! O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, e o banheiro totalmente desagradável, com reparos a mostra, porta e paredes sujas, solicitei andar alto e me colocaram no térreo e sem varanda, ao questionar informaram que o hotel estava lotado e não poderia mudar de quarto, porém no hotel estava com menos de um terço da capacidade, o café da manhã e a janta são muito simples, servem apenas o básico das refeições, o parquinho infantil os escorregadores estavam interditados por falta de manutenção, a brinquedoteca só tem dois brinquedos dentro. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada e com certeza não voltarei mais.

Passamos momentos maravilhosos nesse hotel em família com bastante recreação para as crianças, comida farta, área de lazer muito boa. Fechamos a pensão completa que nos possibilitou aproveitar melhor a estadia. Pontos a melhorar: Limpeza dos quartos achei muito básica… não trocam os lençóis. O rejunte dos banheiros precisa de reparo. O parquinho infantil necessita de manutenção. E não há Smart tv. Mas, no geral foi muito bom!

Parece que existe diferenças de quartos para os hóspedes. Alguns ficam com pulseiras na cor verde enquanto que outros com pulseiras na cor branca. O quarto que fiquei tem ar-condicionado e tv dos anos 90. A TV não tem 1 canal de reportagem. Só funciona 3 canais do Telecine e a imagem é da mqis baixa qualidade possível. O quarto fede a urina o tempo todo. A gente pede as funcionárias da limpeza para limpar elas dizem que só no outro dia.
