We arrived a bit too late to be able to use the spa facilities, as they close them early, and don’t open them again until about noon next fay.

Muy mala experiencia. Reservé 2 noches por motivo de trabajo en la zona. Nada más entrar, puedes apreciar el mal olor que hay en las instalaciones. Una vez te explican todo relacionado a la estancia, de camino a la habitación, puedes ver cómo te acompañan las moscas. En la habitación, cómo no, moscas también. Yo conté unas 8 moscas dentro de la habitación, las cuales pude quitarme de encima unas cuantas, pero las restantes, me fastidiaron bastante el sueño. Olvídate de estar comunicado dentro del hotel. La cobertura, es muy muy mala en las instalaciones, pero para colmo, EL WIFI NO FUNCIONA. Cómo he comentado al principio, viajo por motivos de trabajo, y para mi es esencial tener conexión a internet. Tienen 6, o 7, señales de Wifi, pero ninguna funcionó durante la estancia. Tampoco tienen toma de red para conectar por cable el ordenador. Cuando hice el check in a las 20:05, me dijeron que la zona de balneario cerraba a las 20, por lo que decidí darme un baño, pero ¡Sorpresa!, Imposible, ya que encontré un tapón oxidado, ,el cual no cabía dentro del alojamiento. En general, muy mala experiencia, la cual he podido acortar, ya que he decidido salir antes de lo previsto y quedarme en una pensión de la zona con mucho mejor pinta que el "Balneario 4 estrellas". Cabe destacar, que la atención ha sido bastante buena durante la breve estancia, con todo el personal, incluso al trasladar mi insatisfacción, eso sí, entiendo que estarán acostumbrados, ya que, coincidimos bastantes

Un poco justito de todo, el trato fue bueno, el spap un poco pequeño para el numero de jente que estabamos, el restaurante no lo se, parecia caro asi que comimos muy bien en un bar muy cercano. Lo peor de todo el olor a humedad por todo el hotel. Lo mejor el desayuno.

Buen balneario-

El Hotel es estupendo, desayuno bueno, el spa no es muy grande, dicen de ser aguas sulfurosas pero no huele demasiado...hay que anticiparse a solicitar los masajes porque si no no quedan huecos; los recomiendo,muy buenas manos.Personal muy amable, aunque nos llamo la atención, que antes de entrar al spa, nos fueron a buscar a los vestuarios y tuvimos que pagar lo consumido aparte, como si se pudiera uno escapar sin pagar! El entorno no es muy bonito, hay que ir a los pueblos cercanos, o incluso llegar a Pamplona para disfrutar zonas bonitas

Een gedateerde spa met hoog bejaarden gehalte! Kamer die aangeboden worden zijn alleen met een dakraam en zonder balkon. Hierdoor krijg je een opgesloten idee. Om met twee mensen in de badkamer te kunnen lopen moet je een soort Houdini zijn! Het dorp is bijna verlaten maar de enige bar is geweldig!! Ga vooral eten (vanaf 21.30 uur)bij bar Mattias!

Dos problemas uno el olor a agua estancada que recorre todo el balneario y dos a mi habitacion no llegaba ni la wifi ni el 4G, ibamos a descansar y fue un problema menor, si no supongo que diciendolo en recepcion nos lo hubieran cambiado, por lo demas las instalaciones, la habitacion, el personal, el desayuno y el entorno son de 10

Hébergement alternatif pour les Bardenas Reales

Nous avons fait une étape dans cet établissement thermal un peu excentré lors de notre passage dans les Bardenas Reales. L'enregistrement, courtois, a été particulièrement long : copie CNI, demande de la réservation imprimée (nécessitant l'envoi de la confirmation par mail), explications concernant les soins thermaux. L'odeur des eaux sulfurées, présente dans tout l'établissement peut en déranger certains, atténuée dans les chambres. Parking gratuit mais le stationnement ne pose pas de problème dans ce petit village loin de tout. Notre chambre était grande mais peu ergonomique : TV qui monopolise le bureau et masquée en partie par la penderie, rien pour poser les bagages, pas de patères, WC trop proche de l'angle du lavabo, clim hors service. Par contre, bonne literie, peignoirs et tongs à disposition pour les soins thermaux. Terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur la campagne environnante. Restaurant ou snack bar au choix (mais le wifi pour la carte bancaire n'y fonctionne pas bien). Excellent petit-déjeuner.

Circuito de termas muy corto, esta en un pueblo alejado de todo, hay que comer en el hotel, es necesario usar gorros para el cabello lo cual no lo pone en la reserva entonces hay que comprarlos ahí, recomendado solo para personas mayores que quieran descansar.

Trevligt och lugnt område med fantastisk natur.

Fantastisk natur, trevlig personal och bra service. Hade en hybridbil och försökte ladda den, så personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att dra fram kabel till bilen så vi kunde ladda. Tyvärr så blev det ingen laddning då kabeln var av fel typ, men det är tanken och hjälpen som räknas. När man kommer in på hotellet så känner man en lätt svaveldoft, den kommer innifrån thermal-bad-spaet och det är från vattnet alltså. Inget farligt, bara något att vänja sig vid. Det lukat helt enkelt kokt ägg 😁. Sängarna var lite hårda kanske men det var inga problem då vi bara stannade en natt. Rummet vat annars trevligt och rent. Cafeterian är som en slags bar med god mat och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Engelskan är knackig hos personalen, men de gör sitt absolut bästa för att förstå samt göra sig förstådda, och de blev ledsna att vi åkte då de ville öva sin engelska. Thermalbadet var lugnt, med fin utsikt över berg och dal. Tyvärr så var dörren till ångbastun trasig så den kunde man inte stänga, så det blev aldrig någon ånga eller värme där inne. Ett litet minus kanske, men sånt händer. En annan sak är att man måste ha en badmössa på sig när man badar, men det går att köpa för 3-4€.

Ubicación muy tranquila

Lo único malo es el olor a azufre ( típico de las aguas del balneario ) principalmente en la zona de recepción. La gente en general muy amable ( quizá el barman de la cafetería debería aprender a gestionar un poco mejor el estrés a la hora de la cena en el bar, no en el restaurante, pero tanto los camareros como la recepción muy amables )
