At the edge of the village of Grassau in the district of Reifing, just a few kilometres south of Lake Chiemsee, you will find the cosily furnished holiday apartment in Haus Schild. The 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts and features a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), as well as a bathroom. It offers space for up to 3 people. The child-friendly holiday apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television. You can also use the garden with barbecue. Thanks to the ideal location, you enjoy a wonderful view of the idyllic mountain panorama and can quickly leave everyday stress behind. A supermarket, various restaurants and a bakery are easily reachable from the apartment. For day trips, Lake Chiemsee, about 11 km away, is a great option and can be reached by car in about 16 minutes. There you can take a boat trip to Fraueninsel or enjoy long walks along the shore. For children, the fairytale adventure park Marquartstein in Niedernfels, about 3.5 km away, is a special highlight. The nearest bus stop is a three-minute walk away, and the centre of Grassau can be reached in about twenty minutes on foot.

Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, die Lage super und das Bett war gut. Cons: Die Küche veraltet Türen klemmen teilweise. Im Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit fern zu sehen außer im Bett. Es war keine Sitzmöglichkeit vorhanden. Wollte man auf den Balkon musste man durch die Fensteröffnung klettern da keine Tür vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Gegend, alles schnell erreichbar!

Kuschelige, kleine Unterkunft, völlig ausreichend, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Chiemsee oder in den Bergen. Kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Pros: Wir und meine Hündin wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und durften auf Nachfrage auch schon früher einchecken. Die Lage ist für jegliche Ausflüge (Chiemsee, Kufstein, Rosenheim usw. ) ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt. Zum Einkaufen befinden sich Aldi, DM und Lidl in der Nähe. Cons: Es gibt einen Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Bergblick. Leider muss man über das Fenster und einen s e h r breiten Fenstersims kraxeln. Eine Balkontür gibt es nicht. Für eine Frau mit 60 Jahren ist das schon eine Herausforderung.
