Awesome time every year

Fall wedding

We stayed at this place for a family wedding at the nearby beach club. In addition to be a convenient location, the views from the house and property were stunning. The style inside the house was quite eclectic which gave it wonderful charm. Coming back at night gave us fits trying to find the driveway but that was a small price to pay for such a great house.

Winchester stay

My sisters & their husbands and my husband & myself had a wonderful stay at the Winchester,.location was great & close to the wedding venue & very convenient to various restaurants. Out host was wonderful & very responsive & friendly. The house was beautifully appointed & comfortable to stay

The Perfect Getaway!!

My husband and I enjoyed our weeklong visit at this "Exquisite" home! It offered all that we wanted and more! Scott made our vacation the "best ever"!! We look forward to returning soon!!

Friends Weekend

We had a wonderful time in Grasonville. The property was very clean and well maintained. Views from the home were serene as most rooms have views of the water which we absolutely loved. Another perk of the home is its proximity to surrounding attractions. Our group felt like we were secluded enough but could easily get something in town if needed. We didn’t need much since the home was well stocked. When we contacted the host about a question, they responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Everything about this house is perfect. It is just as it is pictured. The pool was a nice addition as the temperature and humidity soared during our vacation. Purple martins, herons, and of course seagulls made for great entertainment. Lovely views of the sunrise. The owners are so very nice and responded quickly to our questions.

A clean, curated and comfortable getaway

This meticulously maintained house on the water is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Scott is a gracious and conscientious host that is 100% available and 0% overbearing. There are so many nice touches, like the 2 binoculars intended for viewing the wide variety of fowl and wildlife. The backyard has an elaborate birdhouse which houses the indigenous and captivating Purple Martins. The furniture and fixtures are eclelectric (in a good way) and everything is clearly labelled. The appliances are all top-of-the line and there is both a carafe coffee maker as well as a Keurig (there were even some Peet's K-Cups awaiting us ...and we left our own selection for the next guests). The linens and towels were all clean and the bedding very comfortable. A market and shops close by make it easy to pickup anything else we needed. Watching the sunrise over the water from the serene dock was the icing on the cake. 5/5 Star for the Winchester House in Graysonville.

Amazing getaway - stunning views & home

What can we say, this surpassed our expectations all around! The listing was accurate and the home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Swimming in the backyard pool, grilling, fishing on the pier, bike riding (cross island trail), relaxing dinners - all right there! The home was perfect for our family of 4 - the pool was especially a hit with the kids. All communications were prompt. We hope to be back!!

Great getaway

This was a beautiful home. We enjoyed being out in the backyard, made a fire in the outdoor fire place. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Convenient to have towels and sheets provided. Definitely interested in coming back in the future.

GREAT PROPERTY, wish you were staying dog-friendly!

I was happily greeted with a beautiful home on a dock outside of Annapolis, and the property was nothing short of spectacular! Awesome fenced in yard, water access, and great house with all the amenities. The only thing I would change is the weather (we were there with remnants of hurricane ian), but despite the wind and rain, the house provided a lovely restful girls weekend! We are sad we can't return as we only travel with our pups! Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful property in the Chesapeake Bay Area

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful property in the Chesapeake Bay area. It was our first time in the area. The house was very well appointed, and great for our small family gathering. Everything both indoors and outdoors was well thought out, from plenty of seating and table space to the loaded kitchen that had everything we needed to very comfortable beds. The views of the water from almost every room in the house was lovely and the outdoor living space was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the lap pool and the Adirondack chairs - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Highly recommend this property!
