Welcome to Wildwood, a private lake community nestled in the Berkshire woods. Newly renovated two bedroom + bunk room home - Otter Pond just steps away is a spring fed 15 acre pond that is perfect for a swim, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. House is fully stocked with everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. Just a short walk down the road leads you to Cranberry Pond with four beaches, all with parking, bathrooms and swim out docks. Explore all that the Berkshires has to offer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with luxury hotel collection mattress by Serta, WiFi TV and adjacent bathroom with deep soaking tub. The loft has a West Elm queen sleeper sofa. The main floor bedroom has two Pottery Barn Kids twin beds and an adjacent bathroom with shower and full laundry. The lower level bunk room has five twin beds and one queen bed with half bath adjacent. The bunk room also comes equipped with a sectional, recliner, a 60” curved smart TV, a Wii gaming system and a brand new air hockey table.

The home has two decks both with water views. The main sun deck has an extended dining table, Blackstone griddle and five Adirondack chairs, as well as two outdoor umbrellas for shade.

The home comes equipped with three paddle boards and a canoe for use on Otter Pond. On Cranberry Pond, we have a canoe and a peddle boat for your enjoyment.

Wildwood offers tennis, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, as well as a ball field and a shuffleboard court. Sporting equipment is included with this rental. There are also hiking trails throughout the community and great local hiking close by. Shops, museums, music venues and restaurants are plentiful a short ride away to the Berkshires!

Watercraft may not be brought into Wildwood.
This includes but is not limited to: boats, paddle boards, kayaks & inflatables.

Fishing and / or boating is not allowed from the beach or in swimming areas.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in our home or on any common property in Wildwood, this includes, but is not limited to: beaches, paths, recreational courts, and clubhouse.

Quiet Time Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10:00pm - 7:00am
Friday – Saturday: 11:00pm - 9:00am

The speed limit in Wildwood is 15 MPH, and only properly registered and insured vehicles are allowed on our roads and common property.

Parking is allowed in designated parking lots only, and is not allowed along roadsides. All parked vehicles shall have a valid guest pass on the dashboard.
