Family home near Folsom Lake

The home was cozy, and comfortable. The yard was beautiful. Didn't have a chance to use the pizza oven. The hosts were prompt in responding to communications, and resolving any questions. They had an app with garage access that was very helpful.

Needed a quick get away from heat

Our A/C went out and it was a few days before it could be fixed. We contacted the property management about starting a stay asap to get out of the heat. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and even made sure the A/C was nice and cool in the house prior to our arrival.

Tranquil Lake Retreat

The place was clean, quiet, and within walking distance (1 mile) to Lake Folsom. Two families stayed and we enjoyed being able to eat together in the beautiful backyard. I fell in love with the old oak tree in the back yard. So peaceful.

There are not many options in Granite Bay for bigger families but this one is amazing! We look forward to staying at this property again as it was very accommodating and clean.

Great place to stay

House was very clean and had lots of thought out into the rental. Communication was great. We made pizzas in the wood fired oven and it was incredible.

Wouldn’t stay again, beds and pillows were awful

This house is very clean and nice. Would have given it 5 star rating except the beds and pillows were terrible. Booked the house for 2 nights, but ended up Leaving after the first night for that reason. Quiet neighborhood but owners have flood lights on the property shining in the windows.

Quiet, clean, safe, and beautiful.

Very cozy bed, slept well. We picnicked at the lake, it was beautiful. So rare to have such a quiet, clean, and safe gem right next to a lake and just a couple miles from world class restaurants. We will be back!

Amazing

This house was absolutely perfect. Gray open floor plan. Extremely comfortable and calm. The backyard was amazing with the fireplace. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and be close to the lake.

Beautiful Property, great stay, but...

All things considered, we had a great experience. The house is beautiful, as is the neighborhood. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. ***I would recommend this stay to others.*** With that being said, there are a few things to note. First and foremost, it claims to sleep 8. This is simply untrue. There are only 3 beds on the premise, and an air-mattress which was charged extra on the stay. They consider the couch as two sleeping "accommodations", but it is simply a couch with no pull out bed. Therefore, if you have 8 individual adults in the party like we did, it does not accommodate for everyone comfortably. I suggest bring sleeping bags and expect some to sleep on the floor. Secondly, be aware of the noise policy. While we did not have a "party", eight adults trying to enjoy themselves are going to make some noise. Especially when the backyard is one of the main attractions. We ultimately got a call from owner before the stated "quiet hours" of 9:00p were in effect. Respectfully, we just went inside. Lastly, the gas in the outdoor fireplace/pizza oven was not functional. So getting the pizza oven started and up to adequate heat turned into quite a challenge. We ended up just cooking the pizzas in the inside oven. Side note, the fire alarm above the stove/oven is incredibly sensitive and alarmed often when cooking in the kitchen. With that being said, I would recommend a stay here. Just perhaps without as many people.

Mom’s Medical Trip

My Mom, sister and I stayed in this wonderful home for her medical visit. All 3 of us, plus my 2 aunts and uncle, that came for a visit loved the property. The home was clean, comfortable and excellent location. The yard was large and secure for the dogs. The communication with the hosts were excellent and very kind. The neighborhood is quiet and was nice to take a walk and feel safe. All of us highly recommend this lovely home. I hope to stay there again for my mom’s next MD visit.

Granite Bay Beauty

Stayed here for a family visit with a relative that lives close by. The home was clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Will look to stay here again for another visit.
