Office to check in is a block away at another hotel. No signs directing you there. Card lock didn't work. When we got in the room hadn’t been cleaned. Only about 3 other rooms were in use. We were the only ones in a whole wing of the building.

No on-site checkin. That, as well as the breakfast, is down the road at the Travelodge. Conformation email was incorrect with this info. Not a huge deal. Assigned room was OPEN, and took forever to warm up. Desk at other property was unconcerned by this.

Hotel wanted $200 damage deposit plus payment of the hotel nights in full. It took me 1.5 hours to complete my checkin as there was a young asian guy and I was lost in translation for a long time. I have never heard of hotels making you pay an upfront deposit plus hotel nights in full upfront..... totally frustrated by the time I was done and building I would rate a 2* and room was ok, bed was really comfortable.

The room was extremely filthy, I found a pipe behind the nightstand. Towels seemed flimsy and gross, the walls and the couch were full of stains. For somewhere that offered a kitchenette, there were barely any utensils or dishware. I had to go to the store and purchase disposable items for my stay. And the cherry on top, the room stunk. I had no choice but to purchase air fresheners for the duration. Eww...don't recommend!!!

Expedia puts you in the remote rooms on another property. HVAC fan was horribly loud the whole night. Got a voucher for breakfast that didn't start until 6 so no good for oilfield start times. Got a coupon to get 15 or 20 bucks towards a meal at the steakhouse, Whole restaurant was temporarily closed when I was there, thanks for the useless coupon. The remote rooms property was unplowed, needed 4x4 to get through the drifts. Do not recommend

Had to pay a $200 damage deposit for a room that did not heat very well, the entry door from the outside didn’t seal & cold air sifted through continually. My stay was for Saturday November 23,2024 & I have still not received my damage deposit back. Will never stay there again. Want to be refunded the $200 damage deposit ASAP!!!
