Clean, nice kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. There was no spices but there was cooking oil. They forgot to stock the shower with soap but they were able to provide it the next day. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

We arrived late at night. We were provided with accurate and straightforward check in instructions. I woke up early to get some work done. I could not locate the WiFi password either in unit nor in the check in materials. I sent a text with inquiry but did not receive a response by check out time. Maybe I missed it?

Decent stay for the weekend
The condo is right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and close to hiking spots. We stayed during the off season (April), the weather was nice but the town is completely dead and there are only 1-2 restaurants open. The condo is a decent size and there’s plenty of space for parking. Only complaint is that if you are in one of the ground floor units, you can hear all the noise from the person above you. This rental company owns all the units in the building, as well as the cabins across the street. They were very helpful and reminded the neighbor above about quiet hours. If I were to stay here again, I would definitely stay in a unit on the second floor.Overall a nice stay in Granby.

Weekend Getaway
I took my daughters for a weekwnd. First time for all. The condo is within walking distance to the lake and all the restaurants and shopping. Also we had a minor problem with a neighbor, and management handeles it immediately. We would stay here again!of us.
Very nice property. Good amenities, and clean. Liked the unit and furnishings. A bit hard to find as signage was not real obvious. Communication was great, but had to download the app to get any of the messages or access codes. Everything was good and I enjoyed my stay.
The only real problem was the caulking on top of the shower looked like it needed maintaining or replacing. Reported this to the host while there, but have not heard back.
Overall a very good place to stay.
Very clean, nice view, easy instructions. We had a great time! Thank you!

Great weekend getaway!
The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location of the property was ideal! We walked to town many times and made the quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved that the property was pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
This is our second time visiting Grand Lake and we decided to stay in this cute lodge. The place was comfortable, and communication with the host was easy. We felt like home, which made our trip way more relaxing. One of the bed could have been improved since it made quite some noise but it didn’t take away the fact that this was a great experience. We will stay again when we come back to this beautiful town.

Nothing Great- maintenance issues
The place was fairly clean, but maintenance was needed on multiple items. The blinds were literally missing a section that was broken off on the front window. The unit had many missing light bulbs, especially the outside door light, which we felt was a safety issue. The kitchen window had no blinds, so felt like we were in a fish bowl with the neighbors behind able to see right in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work and actually had dish soap in it.
Would not return to this unit. Pretty disappointed.

End of Summer Getaway
Our family had a great time in Grand Lake to end our summer. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to relax and fully enjoy our time away. It is in a perfect location, walking distance from downtown, the beach and marina. The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.
Great lodge! Communication with owner was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay in this lodge.

Enjoyed the location and proximity to lake and town, a bit overpriced, beds against the wall a pain, was a bit difficult to get information to access the room, did appreciate being able to work out an early check in. furniture and amenities very average for the price paid.
