The Riversong Lodge exceeded my expectations. Beautiful setting on the Colorado River with an extremely well equipped lodge. Lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. 9 of my 12 siblings attended along with their kids and grand kids. Perfect location for a family reunion. Very close to Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This place is amazing!

Wonderful location, house and host!

Beautiful and spacious home! Two kitchens and three refrigerators were ideal for the 16 of us, 8 kids, (2 to 10 years old) and 8 adults. We cooked every meal in. Plenty of staples (tp, paper towels, trash bags etc.). Well stocked with spices and condiments.Kami, our host, was outstanding!!! Met us and showed us around upon arrival. 5 star service by her.Close access to many awesome hiking trails and town. Great horseback riding opportunities nearby. Normal, big city grocery store 20 minutes away in Granby.Being located directly on the Colorado River was special. Not just for fishing but falling asleep in the chairs by the river, listening to the river flowing by. Awesome wood fire pit and separate natural gas firepit on the deck.Many outdoor games (heather ball, cornhole, disc golf, volleyball). Plenty to do for all ages.Three fireplaces and an incredible, well equipped game room which can be opened up to the outdoors via a garage-door type door.Absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it. We will be back!

Perfect Colorado

This was the favorite of all the mountain properties in which our family has celebrated Thanksgiving over the last 25 years-plus! The Lodge and the surrounding countryside are the way you always want to think of and remember as true Colorado.

Large fam vaca for the win !

Kami's RiverSong Lodge is a beauty ! You name it, this house had it - open spaces, bedrooms galore, baths in every corner, bunk room for the kiddos, double kitchens, double & triple appliances, party barn, babbling brook, wildlife right out the back door, and the list goes on ! Kami is an amazing host, A+ communicator, readily available, truly cares for you as the guest and bakes brownies on your arrival ! She sends very specific instructions for finding the property but all of our own GPS directions sent us to the correct location. A fantastic stay for our family vacation, ages 2 to 79 ! Rent this house, sit around the fire pit, laugh, cook, eat, and breathe it all in CO mountain style !

Family Reunion

We had an absolutely great time The cabin was perfect for all the age groups 76-7 years old. Kami and Tim are the perfect hosts. We saw wildlife and enjoyed just hanging around the cabin. The younger people went horseback riding , ATVing and we all did some hiking and shopping

Outstanding Home Riversong 2024 Family Vacation

The home is absolutely incredible! Beautiful property and you can hear the Colorado Rive from the back porch! The home has everything you need and more. Our family of 22 (12 adults and 12 children) had an amazing vacation. Kami was an excellent host and answered our questions quickly. Grand Lake is an adorable little town with so much to do and so close to the property, We had so much fun with our family Olympics night! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our needs!

Our extended family of 17, ages 6-68 yrs old, had a wonderful family reunion in this beautiful home on the river. It was great to have so much room to spread out, and the 3 refrigerators made it workable for all the food purchased in Granby and Costco as we ate all our meals on site. The aroma of fresh baked brownies welcomed us right in. We had a fabulous Skeechball tournament - what a fun game to have; it was played and enjoyed by all family members even those without previous experience. We pretty much lived in the party barn, when they weren't outside making forts, playing frisbee golf, capture the flag, and frog hunting. The close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park made it easy to get in before the timed entry pass was needed and we enjoyed a wonderful day there after all had adjusted to the elevation. Miyauchi's Snack Bar by the marina does have delicious ice cream. Thanks for the tip, Kami! It will be hard to find another vacational rental that can compare to this one!

Amazing house and even better outdoor space!

We hosted a joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 20 of our friends for a long weekend and could not have asked for a better venue. The homeowners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even helping us find good hikes and a caterer for one of our nights. The layout of the home is great for large groups: huge living areas with large couches, two kitchens (one great for food prep and one great for drinks), three refrigerators & freezers, and plenty of beds that all fit adults (even the in-wall twin beds). The outdoor space is perfect: tons of tables and benches, multiple fire pits, and lots of areas to accommodate smaller group conversations while still being together as a large party. We even saw several moose during our stay! We will 100% book this house for a future event. Could not recommend it enough!

This is our second stay and we will definitely be back. The owners are incredibly kind and the home is gorgeous. The house has something for everyone at every age to enjoy. The location is great to access Granby and WinterPark.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful family vacation at RiverSong! Accommodations were a perfect fit for our family of 19 (8 adults and 11 kids, 3 - 12 yrs old). River Song 2023

River Song is an excellent place to have your family vacation and reunion! The owners Kami and Tim are very hospitable and helpful. We truly loved staying here and had a recommendation from our friends to stay here. They were “right on”!!! Everything is so conducive to having fun and feeling comfortable! This home has it all

This home is incredible. It is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Right on the river and we had daily visits from a mama moose and her calf. We also saw Mule deer right next door. The home has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and included are full supplies of TP, trash bags, paper towels, spices, shampoo, soaps and much more. We enjoyed all the outside games and bikes. The campfire by the river with plenty of firewood was a treat. I can’t say enough good things about this property and our hosts. Our group of 12 adults had a blast.

Outstanding service, beautiful home.

If you are in need of a large spacious home for your mountain retreat, look no further. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need along with enough outdoor and indoor games to entertain you for weeks. We had SO much fun playing cornhole, tether ball, and volleyball in the backyard. The river is amazing. The fire pit is amazing. Family of 17 had the BEST time.

Perfect house

We had 20 of us stay at the house for 4 days. We were worried about the kitchen space but it was perfect! 3 fridges to hold all the food and 2 kitchens to cook in. The backyard was our favorite as they had 2 nice fire-pits with a sick view of the Colorado River. Would 100% recommend this house to everyone!

Rhodus Wedding Celebration

We had our wedding on this property and stayed with some of our immediate family. This house and location is absolutely gorgeous and pictures don’t even do it justice. Kami was so wonderful as well. She went above and beyond in the little details, was so helpful and accommodating to whatever we needed. She made sure that everything was perfect, stocked and new items as needed to replace things that needed it from the winter. We seen multiple moose on the property and it was just all in all a perfectly relaxing time for us and everyone in our family. We hope to come back some day and celebrate anniversaries and future life milestones in this special place.

Excellent cabin!

This place was perfect with lots of functional space and options for things to do. For our group of 15 adults we there was more than enough space to spread out while still feeling cozy in the living areas. Kami was a great host and showed us around the property when we arrived to cover all of the details that any guests might want to know.

Quiet and restful

This home was the perfect place to get away and relax. Every single detail was considered for every room.
