Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.

Age Requirement: 25

The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.

In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas. Respectful Behavior: Be considerate of neighbors and their property. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Quiet Hours: From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
