Summary:
Come stay in our newly constructed 2 bed / 1 bath ADU, located in downtown Grand Junction.

Filled with natural lighting and fully stocked, it offers anything you would need for a short or long-term stay. Please note, this is an upstairs unit- and does not have any outdoor living space, however a short 10 minute walk to all the charm of Main Street.

Everything is clean, new, and clutter free. Offering a peaceful stay for a solo traveler, couple, or small family. We hope you'll visit!

There is one designated parking space and ample street parking.

Other Things to Note:
-For your safety, there are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the home. One in the driveway and one on the steps leading to the entrance.

-In addition to our cancelation policy, credit card and platform processing fees will not be refunded.

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every single detail exceeded our expectations. The home was absolutely spotless upon arrival. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority for the host. The floors, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, and common areas were all immaculate. Everything felt fresh, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay.The space itself was even better than pictured. The layout was welcoming and functional, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The décor was tasteful and cozy, creating such a comfortable atmosphere. Every room felt well cared for and intentionally designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens were high quality and crisp. We all slept great.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Cooking and gathering there felt effortless. Wonderful!

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s property! The space was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, allowed our dog, and was within walking distance to coffee shops and parks. Communicating with her was also super easy and she was so responsive. Can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in Grand Junction for vacation or just passing through. Thanks again!
