The front and the back of the camp has its own apartment features and a lock-off door for privacy/security. Front house has two bedrooms and one bath with a whirlpool tub and walk in shower. Back house has two bedrooms, living, kitchen and bath. Outdoors has swings and chairs. The downstairs area is screened in with both gas and charcoal grills, large dining table, and sink. Pathway to beach is 360' south of property.

Two families visiting
This was a GREAT location for two families visiting from the Carolinas, but the dishes, pots and pans, glasses and utensils were all EXTREMELY dirty. We had to wash everything before we used it.
The location was fabulous. Walked directly across the street to the beach, walked a couple blocks to the gas station and close drive to the grocery stores. This was wonderful for two families. We used one kitchen for dinners and the other for breakfast. The hot water does not hold up for ten people to shower around the same time. The final three of us took cold showers, but there were enough beds, bathrooms and tvs for ten people and a couple loved dogs.
Some of us would wake up early and go for a walk on the beach and come back to our hammocks we hung under the camp and enjoyed the sunrise. It was nice that there is a wrap around porch so we could walk around if we needed to get on the other side of the house without waking everyone up.
We would TOTALLY stay here again.

Week in Grand Isle
Our stay in Grand Isle at the LaBon Vie was wonderful. I would recommend this facility to any one especially a group of just adults. This camp has no bunks which can make it hard when you are just couples. We all had separate rooms, so everyone had their privacy. It was also nice to have two kitchens even if only for the refrigerators. The only thing that would make this better would be if it would have been beachside, but we enjoyed the deck nonetheless!
