In the summer, swim or kayak off the dock, play lawn games, grill on the brand new Weber grill, and pour a cocktail on the screened in porch. In the winter, you have a ski resorts within an hour, can curl up by one of fireplaces, and end your day in a brand new saltwater hot tub overlooking Lake Champlain (open year round, of course) Welcome!
