Great Stay in Granby
Property was great; My dad and I stayed for a long weekend to seek out the fall colors and explore the area (RMNP/Winter Park all easy drives from this location in Granby).
The property has great views, is well stocked and is very comfortable. Hot tub was perfect at the end of a day of exploring the area! Being that this is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, there was plenty of room for us... and would be perfect for a family or a group of friends (or both!). Enjoyed meals on the deck with absolutely stunning views!
Property manager was very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had their personal space, but could come together for movies to relax after full days of sightseeing. The property had everything you could possibly need…just like being at home.

Excellent Property and Beautiful Views
We really enjoyed our time and the accommodations were exactly as described. Short walk to the lift and a quick drive to the base as well. It is a very cozy home with comfortable furniture and was very clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. Gorgeous views from the upper deck and hot tub too! We would definitely stay again!

Best of all worlds
This property was very clean, and very well appointed. It felt like carefully cared for home. The host was very quick and helpful in responding to my questions. What really makes this place though is its location. It is a 5 minute walk to the kicking horse lift AND you get a clear unobstructed view of the mountains. I do not think there is a "Ski-in, Ski-out" property at Granby that offers both quick access to the slopes and an unobstructed view. I will take the short walk to the slopes in exchange for an amazing view any day. Hoping we can book this property again yet this year.

Our quiet Colorado / Rocky Mountain Vacation
We had a great stay at Granby Ranch. The house was great and there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy and entertained. Base Camp at Granby Ranch is nice. We did the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hiked down. The west entrance to RMNP is less than an hour drive. We enjoyed exploring Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake which are all close to property. Best of all, we had great views from the property. We would definitely go back.

One of the best!
This townhome is sooooo nice! Location is nearly unbeatable for skiing u less you were literally on the kicking horse run but it took no time at all to get to base lodge or Kicking Horse. So convenient with kids!! The views are INCREDIBLE! The hot tub was sooooo nice and private. The street is quiet and peaceful. Property managers answered all of my questions and were really nice.
