Home was clean, but the Air was smokey. We weren't thrilled about the step up to the toilet, hard for elders. We couldn't use the shower b/c the faucet fell off in our hands. Had to take sink baths. Most of the coffee pods didn't fit the coffee maker. The lady on site was nice and let us in b/c our code we were given didn't work on our door. We received the correct code at 8:30PM.
