El Médano is one of the preferred and demanded destinations on the island, the accommodation is located in the best area of the town, right in the center of town a few meters from the main square and the beach of El Médano. Around there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces. Despite being in the heart of El Medano, it has the advantage of being on a very quiet street that crosses two of the main streets. It should be noted that El Médano is the favorite destination for those passionate about water sports due to the facilities it offers to tourists with its beaches and bathing areas, its waters, the climate and the numerous schools and establishments for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, etc.
The accommodation is very easily accessible by car from the highway and the main entrance road to Médano. It has a private garage for guests, which is priceless especially in high season. Its situation is unbeatable to move on foot to all parts of the town.
