The Barraquito apartment is in a very good and central location. You just cross the street and go down a few steps and are already on the beautiful beach of El Médano. The apartment also offers optimal possibilities for surfers.

The modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which offers comfortable sleeping for 2 more people.

The apartment is in a new and well-kept house. In the living room, our guests can relax and watch TV comfortably.

You can end the evenings with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace and enjoy the sea view.

El Médano has developed from a small fishing village to an emerging community. The place is not a tourist stronghold. The holiday guests still lose themselves among the local tinofenos.

There are supermarkets, nice cafes, bistros and restaurants. Fish lovers will get their money's worth here. At the pier and in the center you can enjoy inexpensive fresh fish and seafood. Plaza 'El Médano' is located directly on the city beach. In the evening, the real life between locals and vacationers takes place. Playa Médano is 2 km long, begins at the plaza and ends in the south in front of the red mountain, the Montana Roja. Behind it is the 3 km long Playa de Tejita with coarse-grained sand and a nudist beach.

The pure tourist resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas can be reached via the motorway in about 20 minutes. Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is about 5 km from El Médano. The airport can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Vor allem hebt sich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr positiv von anderen Wohnungen in der Gegend ab. Die Wohnung ist auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Nachts ist es sehr schön ruhig, so dass man super schlafen kann.Die Lage ist aufgrund einer Baustelle nicht geeignet für Leute, die tagsüber viel auf dem Balkon sitzen wollen. Wir konnten da aber schön frühstücken und abends essen.Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit!

Nach anfänglichen Problemen , die aber so schnell wie möglich gelöst wurden , war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung.Die Verständigung hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Couchgarnitur müsste eventuell erneuert werden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Wochen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Apartment im dritten Stock mit Meerblick. Aufzug direkt vor der Wohnungstüre. Hochkant passte perfekt das Rennrad rein. Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen direkt an der Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso die Innenstadt und der Strand in wenigen Minuten. Ruhige Lage ohne Lärm. Schlafen mit offener Balkontüre problemlos möglich. Je nach Wind hört man tagsüber die Flugzeuge aber ich empfang das nicht störend zumal man sowieso unterwegs ist. Die Matratze im Bett hätte ich am liebsten mitgenommen. Noch nie so gut an einem fremden Ort geschlafen. Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Sehr netter Kontakt. An- und Abreise völlig unproblematisch. Komme gerne wieder.
