This was a nicely furnished, super clean apartment in a vibrant location in Granada. We had six people in our group, and the unit was comfortable for us. There is a great breakfast Cafe across the street, and many terrific bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Taxis are also easy to find nearby. The only downside for us was the lack of nearby parking for our van (somewhat large vehicle). The parking garage indicated in the listing couldn't accommodate our van, and nearby parking was very difficult to find.

What a wonderful stay we had at Marta’s beautiful apartment, the attention to detail was outstanding and Marta had thought of absolutely everything you couldn’t wish for more. The apartment is in a great location and is ideally placed for a sightseeing.Should we return to Granada one day, we would definitely book Marta’s apartment again.Thank you Marta, we loved our stay!

Simply put, this apartment is one of the very nicest VRBO places we've stayed. Furnishings and decor could have been featured in a home fashion magazine. It has a very well equipped kitchen and super comfortable living area. Everything was fresh and spotless. Marta was a most gracious and responsive host, and the location was perfect for exploring central Granada. We give this our highest recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Granada! We were welcomed and all our questions were answered quickly. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect to explore the city. The listing stated the property had a hot tub, but it did not actually have one. We had plenty of all other things (i.e., coffee, spices, paper towels, bedding, etc.) to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and felt safe during our stay. Thank you so much for all you did to help make our time in Granada a wonderful experience.

Granada Historical Center - of everyday life and historical sites

Our hosts, Marta and Alberto, were so accommodating, helpful, and attentive. They recommended many sites, locations, restaurants, and day trips for us to enjoy and explore. The apartment was well appointed, fully equipped, and comfortable. The garage space was great as we were exploring southern Spain by car. We walked the three neighborhoods in historical Granada, walked along the river and through several parks with beautiful fountains and sculptures. The photos on VRBO of the interior spaces are accurate. Grocery stores, pasterias, pescaderias, panderias, restaurants, and shopping, etc., are within walking distance. Wear comfortable shoes as there are some hills and plenty of cobblestone streets but, there are plenty of bus routes and taxis if you’re not into counting steps. Before finishing, we have to give big kudos to Marta, our host, for a remarkable stay. Muchas Gracias!!

Outstanding Accommodations & Perfect Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect for our needs. Marta greeted us and offered extensive recommendations to make our time in Granada even better. Of the several VRBOs we rented in Spain, this one was by far the best equipped! It was wild that we were there during Spain’s infamous power outage, but Marta’s husband stopped by with candles and a lighter to help us get through the night. All in all, we highly recommend this place!

Absolutely our favorite place we stayed in Spain. From check in, where our host was so kind to make us dinner reservations at a top restaurant in Granada to the cozy living room and stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were so clean with the most up to date features, we felt like we were in a spa. And you can't beat the location. We walked to the Alhambra and the city center. 10/10 recommend.

This is a fabulous apartment. The apartment is large ( can easily fit 10 people) modern, clean and better than the pictures. Marta was truly a great hostess. She is kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. She had a lot of good information about places to eat and markets. Everything was so close. Supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants within5 min walk. We enjoyed visiting Granada and hope to come back again and stay at this apartment. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is about a 10 min walk to the cathedral and right on the bus line to Alhambra. The parking you can pay for is close and fits even our mini van. What really impressed us is how stocked and thoughtful the apartment had been prepared. We were there over Christmas and there was a decorated tree waiting for us. Making a holiday dinner was easy as everything had been thought of down to aluminum foil. All the rooms were spacious as well as the 3 bathrooms with the rain shower heads being a bonus. We had 6 staying in the apartment but you could fit 8 easily. Wonderful stay and place to enjoy the holidays.
