Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Blind missing from door- no privacy. Unable to leave the apartment for 4 days, stuck on 3rd floor with the lift not working. Agent was aware I have limited mobility but agreed that I should contact the Police or Ambulance service and be evacuated. They would not offer me alternative accommodation as they said they were fully booked! The worst treatment ever. Expedia say they can do nothing.
Stayed 11 nights in Dec 2025
