We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

Segundo foi informado, a preferência foi dada por se tratar de um proprietário de unidade no empreendimento. Fomos direcionadas para uma sala menor, sem estrutura adequada para duas pessoas trabalharem, inclusive com falta de tomadas para os notebooks. A situação foi extremamente constrangedora, especialmente porque já utilizávamos a sala de forma regular. Somente após um familiar nosso, que também é proprietário e estava hospedado no local, entrar em contato com a recepção para relatar o ocorrido, recebemos um pedido de desculpas e uma extensão elétrica, sem qualquer outra medida para minimizar o desconforto causado. O que mais incomodou não foi a mudança de sala, mas a sensação de tratamento diferenciado entre hóspedes. A forma como a situação foi conduzida nos fez sentir desrespeitadas. Fizemos nossa primeira viagem com nosso filho de 4 meses, e não poderíamos ter pedido por hospedagem melhor. Ótima infraestrutura, quarto super limpo e confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã bem servido. Não tivemos nenhum ponto negativo na nossa experiência.
