In the little village of Udsholt, 1 km. from Smidstrup beach is this thatched house of 160 sqm. The house contains all modern necessities a large country kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove and incl. 1 bathroom with toilet and a toilet, 3 large bedrooms. Large private enclosed garden is at your disposal with lounge furniture, gas grill and screened terrace.
There are 8,000 sqm with fruit trees, a fire place and a large lawn that can be used for football and playing.

Located in Udsholt village. A small peaceful village with street ponds. Close to Rågeleje, Tisvildeleje and Gilleleje town and within walking distance to the beach at Smidstrup.
Distance to: Gilleleje is 8 km, Rågeleje 3 km and to Tisvilde is 11 km. The North Coast CrossFit box is close by; distance 6 km.
There are local grocery shopping opportunities in nearby village (1.8 km.), with opening hours from 8.00 - 22.00.
There are good shopping places in Helsinge and Hillerød. There are both buses and trains to Helsinge, Hillerød, Gilleleje and Copenhagen.
