KITCHEN with fridge and freezer, hot plate, microwave, mini-dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and a selection of base ingredients (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc). LIVING-ROOM with sofa (easily converts to double sofa-bed), 44" SMART TV with satellite programs (with Canal Digital, Netflix, Youtube, Chrome-cast, etc) breakfast table. In the winter: skating rink and possibly walking/skating/skiing on iced lake. Private parking 7 meters from the cottage. Free use of trampoline, swings, bathing from sand beach.
