"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. How is this a family-friendly place if kids aren’t even allowed to play without being blamed? When we returned to the room late at night, there was no hot water, and no one around to help.
