A few steps from the heart of the picturesque village of Gordes, Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you a magnificent 48 m² designer bastidon, ideal for accommodating up to 4 travelers in a setting combining comfort and modernity. Nestled in peaceful surroundings, you'll enjoy a shared swimming pool, as well as a vast 100 m² private terrace. Every detail has been thought of to ensure that you can enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity, lulled by the song of the cicadas. Welcome to Basti Lou, your peaceful refuge in Gordes, where every stone breathes the authentic soul of Provence.

The bastidon is composed as follows:
- A beautiful 24 m² living room with sofa and armchairs, a large TV, board games at your disposal, bluetooth speaker.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with oven/microwave, hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and consumables.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160x200), closet with hanging space
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x200), closet with hanging space
- Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer

Exterior:
- A 100 m² private garden/terrace, not enclosed, with an arbour to enjoy the sunny days (round table with 6 armchairs, 4 deckchairs, a large parasol, 1 rocking chair, a high-quality plancha and 1 table with 4 chairs) not overlooked.
- Access to the shared 20m x 5m pool (unheated), with deckchairs (Foutas/pool towels provided by the bastidon). Swimming pool open all year round
- Ping-pong table by the pool (equipment available at the bastidon).

Baby equipment is available at the bastidon. However, as space in the room is limited, the installation of an umbrella bed may impede access to part of the room. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure parking area (1 space per bastidon).

- Parties and noise pollution are not allowed in the residence, for the good of all.
- Pets are not allowed in the bastidon (neither inside nor outside).
- It is forbidden to recharge electric cars in common areas.
- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Baby/children's equipment included: cot with thick mattress (max 15kg) including draw sheet and fitted sheets, mosquito net, changing mat, folding bathtub, high chair.
