The house boasts outstanding views to the south over the dunes and to the north over South Lakes Golf Course towards the Murray River. Linen and WiFi included. Beds made.

The accommodation includes 2 large open living rooms, designer kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite, family bathroom, powder room, and 2 outdoor entertainment areas. The house was conceived to maximise views, space, and light to create the perfect, luxury beachside holiday retreat.



Located in arguably the best position in Goolwa, the house is opposite South Lakes Golf Course, an 8-minute walk to Goolwa Beach, a 15-minute stroll to the Murray River and 3 km from the charming historic town of Goolwa, with spectacular dune walks and cycle tracks on your doorstep.
