Our apartment is a 2+1 duplex villa, carefully decorated with brand-new furniture to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for large families and groups of friends. It features a 70 m² front garden and a 65 m² back garden.

• The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
• It is a corner unit and the only villa-style apartment in the complex with a sea view.
• The villa is located just 5 minutes by car from Gökçeada town center and 8 minutes from Kuzu Port ferry terminal.

It offers a sea view along with partial views of nature.
