In the "Beletage", on the first floor at the front of the villa, lies the 65 square meter apartment. It has next to living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom also an underground parking space. Parking is also scarce in the Baltic resort of Göhren! On the balcony you can not only enjoy your breakfast in the morning, but also the sun on many days a year, after all, Rügen is the sunshine island of Germany!   The apartment "Gellen" in the Villa Granitz is a very spacious, spacious apartment. It is located on the first floor of the prestigious villa. It offers very comfortable space for two holiday guests, extra bed for a third and fourth person is possible (couch in the living room). The large balcony can be reached from both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is modern and equipped with plenty of space for you. Large closets provide plenty of room for clothes, luggage etc. In the living room you can relax, watch TV, listen to the radio or just read a book in peace. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course a fridge. In the bathroom you will find a spacious closet, make-up mirror, hair dryer and also here a lot of space. We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for you. For the linen package (bed linen, towels, bath towels, kitchen towel) will be charged 12,00 € per person. Additional linen packages can be booked on site at the price of 12 Euro / person. The same applies to children's high chair and bed for the price of 10 euros. Deposit of 100 euros and tourist tax will be paid on arrival or deposited.
