Tolles Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte) ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter, Familie Kötter, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Von daher von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung. Sollten wir wieder einmal am Tegernsee Urlaub machen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dorthin gehen.

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung hat Alles, was man braucht und ist wegen der Blendläden uach im Sommer angenehm kühl. Die Gastgeber sind hilfreich, freundlich und zurückhaltend. Von dem Hus lassen sich tolle Radtouren rund um den schönen Tegernsee machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Auszeit

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach top! Es fehlte uns an nichts. Einfach perfekt

Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Familie Kötter ist sehr nett, gibt wunderbare Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir in einer Garage trocken und sicher unterstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir würden wieder kommen!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hatten super Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Wandertouren die wir sehr gerne entgegen genommen haben. Trotz Doppelhaushälfte wurde die Privatsphäre zu 100% respektiert, man konnte aber immer klingeln wenn Fragen bestanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen 10 tägigen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Waldrand, aber dennoch ist man zentral am Tegernsee, egal ob mit Auto oder Zug. Gerne kommen wir wieder zum Entspannen und Wandern zurück. Unsererseits eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Die Ferienwohnung wurde von den Eigentümern mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, so dass man sich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt hat. Da die Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen, stehen diese für Fragen oder Tipps gerne zur Verfügung. Das Einkaufen, an den See oder auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind wirklich gut durchzuführen.

Zuerst mochten wir besonders erwähnen das die Ferienhausvermieter sehr hilfsbereit u sehr freundlich waren; dafür schon 10 punkte Die Vermieter wohnen im Nebenhaus;unsere Privatsphäre wurde 100 %respektiert dennoch bei jeglichen fragen stets hilfsbereit fur tips und sonstiges. Ferienhaus sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt:die zimmer schön hell und das schlafzimmer mit balkon.Die kuche hat ein kleinen hof .. Die dekoration weihnachtlich auch sonst sehr aufmerksam eingerichtet bez alles vorhanden Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl

Erholung pur, super Unterkunft

Wir haben die tolle Zeit rundum den Tegernsee und die Ferienwohnung mit super Lage am Waldrand sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns im Vorfeld auch ein tolles Rahmenprogramm gebucht. Vor lauter Entspannung haben wir fast die Abreise vergessen. Danke Familie Kötter.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Liebe Familie Kötter, danke für den herzlichen Empfang und das sehr schöne Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und man hat in jedem Raum gespürt, dass er mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war. Die Küche war top ausgestattet aber auch die anderen Räume bis hin zum Bad ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Sollten wir in der Nähe noch einmal Urlaub machen, sind Sie auf jeden Fall unsere erste Adresse. Traumhafter Aufenthalt in der Idyllischen Auszeit Moosrain

Mein Mann und ich haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Idyllischen Auszeit gemacht. Es ist ein äußerst gepflegtes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit schönen Details. Das Haus ist geräumig, es gibt viel Platz, um eigene Sachen unter zu bringen, daher auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geneignet. Optimale, geschützte Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes. Familie Kötter ist sehr freundlich, herzlichen Dank noch mal für die Gastfreundschaft.
