Beautiful, comfortable timber house "Skarlinówka", built in 2018. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 150 m from the lake. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), meadow 2'000 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, basketball, volleyball, arbour, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: sauna, trampoline, bicycles available (extra). Available: boat. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach, swimming bay 150 m. Ski lift 9 km, ski school 9 km, sled run 9 km, ice rink 9 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. At guests' disposal: a heated bathtub and a hot tub. The owner lives on the neighboring plot. On the owner's plot: Mini Zoo with 40 species of animals and a playroom with billiards, table tennis, gym, sauna, bicycles, kayaks, pedal boats (all extra, available only in summer). On request, a fold-out children's pool is available only in summer.
