In both rooms you will be spoiled with flat screen TVs with cable channels, Blu-Ray players and mosquito screens. A fitted kitchen, a shower room and a balcony with garden furniture completes the apartment. Before the house is a parking space available and in the laundry room can be shared laundromat and dryer. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony, bicycles are safely stored in the basement.
