Beach, sun, sea - all on your doorstep. The exclusive 2-room apartment with two balconies on the 6th floor of an apartment complex can accommodate a maximum of four people in a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the region. Or you can simply lie down in one of the rental beach chairs on the spa beach right in front of the door.
The spa promenade and the pier for the ferry to Flensburg are just a few steps away.

A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the parking decks of the building. A fixed assignment or a reservation is unfortunately not possible. E-bikes can also be safely stored there.

Although breakfast cannot be booked with the apartment, the Gudlak - restaurant and beach bar - is located on the ground floor of the building, where you are warmly welcomed.

The Hanseatische Yachtschule - DHH is within walking distance of the apartment and is therefore ideal for course participants. In addition, the Fördeland Therme with the family-friendly bathing area and the wellness area is only a few steps away.

In Glücksburg, a tourist tax is charged per person (aged 18 and over) per day in addition to the cost of accommodation in the following periods.

Eine wunderbare , sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Ich habe mich außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, die tagsüber ohne Sonne sind, aber ab 18:00 Uhr kann man in der Sonne sitzen . Freier Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig. Man muss auf jeden Fall mit einrechnen, das man das Stimmen Gemurmel am Tag hat und abends feiern ab und zu Menschen am Strand. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug in den 6. Stock. Dem Hotel ist direkt ein Parkhaus angeschlossen, das man über Treppen erreicht. Es sei denn, man hat einen Schwerbehindertenausweis. Wenn man die Schlüssel abholt In Flensburg , bekommt man einmal einen Chip für die Wohnungstür und einen anderen Chip für das Garagentor. Mir sind die Matratzen zu weich. Die ebenerdige Dusche, die einfach wunderbar ist, ist schlecht eingebaut. Da kann der Eigentümer nichts für - nach dem duschen, auch wenn man sehr vorsichtig ist, ist immer Wasser außerhalb der Dusche. Es dauert sehr lange, bis die Wände der Dusche wieder trocken sind und meine Vermutung ist, das der Dunstabzug im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert. Wenn man Licht anmacht, hört man nicht, das der Dunstabzug angeht , man hört kein Summen gar nichts. Vielleicht ist es eine besonders leise Funktion , aber das glaube ich nicht - weiß es aber nicht. 2 Stehlampen, die nicht funktionierten- ich habe das reklamiert beim Makler - der den Eigentümer informierte….ich habe nie wieder etwas gehört. Die Müllentsorgung hinterm Hotel finden ist schwierig….

Ein wundervolles Apartment. Buchungsabwicklung super. Schlüsselsafe ist einfach die perfekte Lösung. Die zwei Balkone sind verschmutzt, ebenso wie einige Fenster. Tolle Betten und die Spülmaschine haben den Aufenthalt sehr schön gemacht. Umgebung am Wochenende und bei gutem Wetter sehr lebhaft und auch nachts laut. Wir haben einfach die Fenster geschlossen gelassen. Sollte man aber vorher wissen
