Very cozy and well maintained apartment in a charming, Danish style, right on the fine sandy, shallow beach (about 100 m) of the peninsula Holnis. The apartment is furnished with attention to detail. It has a large living / dining area with comfortable woodburning stove and sitting area, 42 "flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, stereo, sound bar and an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (Cafissimo, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher u.v.m.). The apartment has three bedrooms. Two balcony terraces invite you to linger, with one of the two allowing a view across the trees to the Flensburg Fjord. A parking space is available directly in front of the house / apartment. The apartment is perfect to unwind and a paradise for all nature lovers and Baltic fans. The fine sandy, gently sloping spa beach is located in about 100 m and is very family friendly.
