The apartment is located in the officially recognized spa town of Polchow, a district of Glowe. You will stay on the ground floor of a detached former fisherman's house with three apartments. Fully renovated in 2022 and 2023, the apartment features two modern bathrooms, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The lovingly furnished, cozy apartment measures 84 sqm and offers you relaxation and peace in a homely atmosphere after your island activities. On sunny days, enjoy the garden and terrace, which are also perfect for barbecuing. Please note that the garden and terrace are shared by guests of all three apartments in the house.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. The quiet village of Polchow, surrounded by fields, lies on the Jasmund Bodden and is part of the Baltic Sea resort Glowe. Here you will find tranquility and nature, yet you are quickly at the island's hotspots. Polchow has a restaurant. In Sagard (4 km) and Glowe, you will find supermarkets, shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants.
