Stanwood Point: Waterfront cottage with dock, large screened porch, and yard

Large 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on the Little river with a tidal dock. Large fireplaced living room, huge screened porch overlooking the river on which to enjoy afternoon cocktails or eat dinner. Swim in the river or enjoy birdwatching out your back door.

The dock is a tidal dock and shared with the owner who maintains another house next door. The owner keeps a 14 foot boat on one side and you may bring and leave one (up to 14 feet) on the other side. Kayaking in the river is also becoming quite popular, bring one, two or more.

Parking is restricted to two cars only.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
