Heavenly Village shopping, entertainment, and casinos are minutes away. Private deck overlooks forest and year-round creek, with views of Lake Tahoe.

Open floor plan with tall ceilings, high end kitchen, patio, laundry, two bedroom suites, theater quality entertainment, and bunk room. Beautiful Tahoe finishes, decorations, and furnishings. Garage is not accessible by guests. No direct lake access from the property. EV charging available upon request.

Booked a weekend trip for my wife, myself, and our three kids. This place was everything I could have asked for and more. Matt (property owner) was extremely helpful and quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived. The house was spotless upon our arrival, and we loved the open living room concept. The bedrooms offer views of the snowy mountains which was awesome in the AM when waking up. Location is private, in a gated community, and even had a hill in the back for the kids to sled down. I would highly recommend this place for your next family getaway!

Very comfortable & beautiful stay

The property was very comfortable & well appointed. Great, out-of-the-way location. Cozy, forest vibes with slight views of the lake. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Beds were comfortable. The window coverings were much appreciated, we never see those in big cabin windows, being able to adjust them made it very very comfortable. Only complaints are the water pressure in the SW bedroom’s bathroom was terrible. And the outlets in that same bathroom, as well as the hallway bathroom do not work, even after multiple attempts to engage the TEST & RESET buttons. Otherwise it was a great stay & we’d love to stay again on one of our many trips to Tahoe.

LOVED!

This place was wonderful for the short stay we had here. It was perfect location in a quite cozy area. Close to state line and Matt was a wonderful, responsive host who replied to you in an instant and was making sure everything was great! Would definitely stay here again and again. It was an amazing and beautiful home!
