The staff were very pleasant and paid attention to detail. I felt welcome and cared for. Fabian was a pleasure at the front desk. Breakfast was nice and was good to have a meal available in the morning. The only downside was that my bed in my room was falling apart. The slats kept falling off the bed, and there was a light at night that could not be turned off so I didn’t get the best of sleep. And I think there could be a better way to confirm guests for breakfast without making guests feel like they are intruding even though they have the option on their booking plan. Overall I’d stay at the this property again

What a wee gem . Did not know what to expect as hadn't booked here before. Was pleasantly surprised with size of the room and quirky layout. Beds were extremely comfortable and blackout curtains welcomed. The breakfast selection was amazing best I have had even compared to big hotel chains. The staff were amazing also with a welcoming smile courteous and evident that they enjoyed working there.

The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a great central area.There were supplies for a nice cup of tea/coffee in the mornings and complimentary shortbread cookies! It’s self check in/out but the staff are around to help if needed. I really enjoyed my stay, I would come again.
