This was our 4th time at this place and we already booked for next year which says it all. We love this property and the property’s owners. This vacation spot is close to where we live so we can come home mid week and check our home and water plants, etc. Our 4 year old grandson adores the beach and water as do we. The porch offers a super nice view all day with shade to keep you cool on a super hot day!

Terrific property, well maintained and perfect for large groups of friends and family. Things we enjoyed the most on our trip:Clean! So clean, and I am a person who checks for bed bugs every where i go. Great beach/outdoor space. And lots of provided chairs, toys, water items, and yes even corn hole. (Plus we spent a ton of time on the deck. So so nice. )2 full bathrooms with closets and bins for your stuff. YESSSS.Central air conditioning. Enough said. This is place is worth the price. Thank you for letting us book two years in a row! Maybe we can come back next year!

This is our second stay at this home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the lake is beautiful and fun to swim in. We all had so much fun, and my kids loved the beach and fishing!

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for my daughter’s wedding weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit and beach. Inside, there was plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very responsive and check in/out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

I don’t often write reviews, but this house/property deserves all the praise!!! It was so clean and well stocked, the property grounds were well maintained, the beds were extremely comfy and the location on the water was perfect!! Hands down one of the best properties I’ve rented! My girlfriends and I will be back, no need to look any further for future trips!

Guys trip

Stayed here for a fishing trip with the guys. The house was wondeful. Plenty of space. All the amenities. Cortney communicated with us quickly which made check in a breeze. Would definitely recommend staying here we will likely be returning in the future.

NYE in Gladwin

We had a great stay in Gladwin. Cortney was a wonderful host and very communicative. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook some pretty elaborate meals. Our kiddos loved the downstairs couch and ping pong table. We all had a great stay. Thanks!

Best Vacation Spot Ever

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great meal for a large crew. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of our guests to have their own area. The living room and bonus living room allowed everyone to chill out and watch their favorite Netflix show. The bathrooms were clean and had the necessities needed. The lakefront property was everything you could ask for. The deck was great for playing games on. The sandy beach was just perfect for building sandcastles and sunning yourself. The dock offered us many hours of awesome fishing. We caught over 100 bluegill and even caught a record setting 22 inch bass! The water equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, floating raft) were enjoyed by all. The firepit is so unique and special. We enjoyed many campfires and smores. It was so quiet and tranquil on this property. Although few, the neighbors were very friendly. I can not recommend this property enough. Thank you for sharing your piece of happiness with us.

A magical place

Our 2nd stay and we booked for 2025. We had a couple unexpected bumps that happened that were not the fault our hosts-but they were so kind any way when I told them about it. We love the lake, beach, yard and location. It just works really perfectfully for our little family. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!!!

Excellent place to vacation! Beautiful

Lovely place, lots to do and enjoy for our large 3 generation family! From the sandy beach to the numerous areas to congregate for board games and coffee, we were never bored. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was supplied it easily purchased at the the dollar store down the road. We'll definitely be back.

The house was the perfect size for our group, everything was clean and the sandy beach was enjoyed by all of us and the water was nice to swim in! The new water float was everyone's favorite for sure. Also the owner Cortney was always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Would definitely book again if we go to the Gladwin area!

Fourth of July Family Get-Away

This was a get-away for my husband and I with our daughter and her family. Our 2 young granddaughters loved the beach and water access, and the firepit area was a beautiful place to hang out. Great property to go and relax and spend quality family time but still close enough to explore some of the area like Frankenmuth. The host Cortney was responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. We would stay here again if we are able to get back to the area.

We were there for a family wedding. We loved the cottage and the location. Very clean and well equipped. Only wish the weather was nicer, so that, we could have used the outdoor space more. Would definitely recommend staying here😊

PERFECT LAKE HOUSE!

Often times reviews are not accurate, however, this place was truly the perfect LAKE HOUSE. It included all the amenities and was well equipped for all of our needs. Thank you so much to the kind property manager, Courtney for her diligence in making sure that our stay was wonderful. Even any minor concerns were easily resolved because of excellent communication. Will be staying there again next year! The home easily held 12 of us as well as four others who joined just to enjoy the lake house.
