The place Rattelvitz, which consists solely of the detached farmhouse, is located in the middle of the natural park MV. The estate is located in the west of the island, the quieter part, in the middle of the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", away from the noise and bustle. The estate is located in the retreat area of deer and small game and so it happens again and again that you can observe animals on the way to the Bodden in the immediate vicinity. The estate, which has been owned by the family since 1938 and expropriated in 1960, was returned to the descendants of the landlord's grandfather, Heinrich Haupt, in the course of the retransfer back to 1990. This apartment is the middle one of three exclusive apartments in a manor house in Gingst – Rattelvitz on Rügen. The apartment has a gallery. It is accessed up stairs within the manor house.

The apartment features both antique and modern furnishing. The special atmosphere and the attention to detail will delight you. The normal occupancy of the apartment is four people, but supplementary beds can be requested. Children are welcome.

It provides generous rooms and plenty of daylight, and an open gallery flooded with light, ensuring a sense of well-being.
