buongiorno,ho fatto presente che siamo entrambi disabili,ma non ci è stato detto che la camera era raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola strettissima, quindi quasi impossibile da raggiungere, tanto che siamo andati via con un giorno di anticipo.Inoltre la stanza era veramente sporca, capelli e polvere nel bagno ( mi sono dovuto mettere io a pulirlo) il letto in condizioni pietose con macchie di origine sconosciuta... insomma un vero incubo.Non discuto la proprietaria abbastanza gentile,ma avendola contatta prima,ed avendo espresso le nostre esigenze, avrebbe almeno dovuto metterci al corrente della situazione
