Nice apartment - with some minor flaws
The hostess welcomed us in a friendly and helpful manner. The apartment also met all our expectations: Aircon, kitchen, nice bathroom and clean bedrooms. The terrace could have been cleaner, the furniture a bit newer and in better condition and the garden area could have used a bit more maintenance. But overall we were very satisfied. If the pool area had been better maintained (toilets dirty and not working, seating area unkempt and neglected), the beautiful and large pool would have received an even better rating.
Conclusion: The complex deserves a selective renovation, but is definitely recommendable due to the location and the price.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
Gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in einer schönen kleinen Residenz. Sehr schöner Poolbereich. Supermarkt und Restaurants in fussläufiger Entfernung. Zum wunderschönen Strand am Pinienwald ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Hier kostenfreier Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Merci beaucoup!
