Shearwater is a wonderful home!

We recently stayed at Shearwater and we loved the home! It was spacious, a wonderful layout, and the perfect place for our family for the week. It's in a great location that is very accessible to the golf course and taking the golf cart to Alligator Alley over to the beach club. The owners have stocked it for everything needed to make it home for the week and we will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful house for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect place to host a large family. Loved sitting on the porch the most, was a very peaceful setting. Will hopefully come back and stay again!

We are so very grateful to Shearwater's owners for their generosity in opening up their home to strangers. The laughter and enjoyment of those before us fill this home to make it very welcoming and comfortable. It is very well appointed. We look forward to a return visit.

Excellent

Once again the planning and logistics for access and entry worked well, perhaps due to increasing familiarity. We extended the stay; Shay was easy to work with , competitant and enjoyable. Really enjoy Shearwater. Due to the cold snap, we did add some weatherstripping in the doors but the place did great. Very grateful for the owners arranging for the gas fireplace functionality. We will be back in about 5-6 weeks access depending.

The carpet and furniture were very dirty. Both need to be cleaned. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but dust blew out from the bag.
