I was not able to actually sleep at Virginia's rooms because of a maintenance problem but Im Nicola was absolutely great at communicating the problem and also secured us a room at another Inn very close by. He also allowed us to use his parking, a great convenience in this city! It was much appreciated.

Accoglienza perfetta

Prima di parlare della struttura, ci tengo a sottolineare le capacità di accoglienza di Nicola: sempre disponibile H24 su WhatsApp in caso di necessità, ha avuto anche la cura di accompagnarmi in stazione - a soggiorno terminato - causa piccolo infortunio al ginocchio che mi impediva di percorrere a piedi la breve distanza per raggiungere la fermata metro di S.Agostino ( 600 metri scarsi, poco più di 5 minuti di cammino). La camera, una singola, spaziosa e pulitissima (preciso di essere una persona a un passo dalla germofobia). Bagno privato spazioso (difficile trovare una camera con servizi privati a quel costo), tariffa più che onesta. Ogni confort, inclusa la dotazione di tappi per orecchie per chi avesse il sonno leggero. Posizione ottimale, nell'elegante e centrale quartiere di Carignano. L'unica, minuscola, pecca per attribuire l'eccellenza: la possibilità di fare colazione direttamente in struttura. Tornerò sicuramente per un prossimo soggiorno a Genova, mi sono trovata benissimo
