Excellent spot on Lake Erie shore has everything you need, and Spectrum CATV, a rarity these days. Probably the comfiest recliner and sofa you could desire. Geneva has a Giant Eagle grocery store and a terrific BF/Lunch spot, Honeybees. Condo development was dead empty for Thanksgiving, which was also enjoyable, a heated indoor swimming pool and mini gym. Owners delightful to communicate with, rapid responses.

My sister and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfy. The views off the lake were beautiful. My only concern was we were having coffee on the patio and the unit above us appeared to be cleaning their patio. The water above came down on us. Now that being said, we would for sure visit again.

We have stayed in 3 different units in this building and by far, this unit was the coziest. The furniture and colors were very homey. The jetted tub was the great! And the kitchen was perfectly stocked without the usual clutter of a variety of dishes, flatware, etc. I hate digging for what I need! We had some questions on how things worked, and the response time was exceptional.We love this location, and will likely be staying here again in the not too distant future.

We had an amazing girls weekend from start to finish with A1 communication with host! Questions answered immediately and the cleanliness of this unit was the best I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was wonderful as was the whole condo .They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay .The place was very clean ,we absolutely loved the patio and looking out onto the lake .There's an elevator so that was a plus .The pool was ok but we prefer an outdoor pool so that was the only downside ,we would stay here again tho .This was our annual Girls trip and for the last 6 years we have gone to Port Clinton but I wanted to change it up and decided on Geneva which I love .Thank you for a great weekend in your beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and great experience overall. Only concern is that the fact there were only 2 parking spaces was shown only after you booked in the rules and parking/directions portion. We had 7 adults come from all over the state and it made us get creative fast. Likely would not have booked if we would have noticed this pre-booking.

The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. Loved the location! We are four "Golden Gals" who vacation once a year together. This was year 18 and out first time in Geneva. We always went to Myrtle Beach but no more. If we remain healthy we hope to go back next year

Perfect place to relax on the lake

This condo was perfect for my family! We loved that it was waterfront with a private beach and a pool! It is also very handicap accessible! My husband uses a walker and he was able to walk down to the beach and to the pool! Anything you could possibly want or need, is in this condo including a lot of family friend games! The beds were super comfortable! My daughter loved the jetted bath tub and I loved the jetted shower!! We will definitely be coming back!!
