Girl's Getaway

This is a magnificent property! You are right on the lake so gorgeous views. If you like walking in the morning, go east. There are tons of views of the lake because they cannot build many homes due to the ravine. We were about 1 mile outside of Geneva on the Lake, on the east side. There was a shuttle taking us to and from town. We booked a winery tour through the Geneva State Park Lodge. Plus, the hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely come back to stay!

Beautiful stay

Heaven on the lake!

This was our honeymoon week. We opted for a quiet serene get away, and we are so glad we chose this home. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Mike even left us some firewood. The view was amazing and the hot tub was awesome! We have no complaints however a few things that could be improved... The $500 security hold, not cool to tie up travelers funds while they're vacationing. The grill worked but was shotty. I'd suggest adding overhead porch coverage at least to a small area. Lastly a few USB connections would be nice.

Golf trip

A few friends decided to book a little get away for some golf. We found this house because of the location and it has a hot tub! No other property offered this. What I can say is that the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the house and porch are amazing. It provided the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning as well as a great chance to have some wine and watch the sunset. It was nice and close to everything and the place was clean and stocked with the necessities. Mike communicates via text on everything which made any questions easy. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location

We had a great few days at the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable It was peaceful and private. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and lake and very close to the strip. I would recommend staying here.

Quiet location close to town with perfect views of Lake Erie!

The property was as described in the listing. The location was perfect if you want to be near town but in a quiet location. The view from the back was amazing! You can see along the shore both east and west. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing in the shade or sun. Air conditioning provided comfort on humid/hot days while still able to enjoy the view. The host, Mike, was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I'm saving this location for the next time in the area. Oh, and a very cute groundhog visited the backyard each morning.

My husband & I stayed at Mikes property late July last year. My husband loved the lake view so much I decided to surprise him for his birthday weekend to stay again. Close to nearby attractions but peaceful & private. I would recommend highly & hope to visit again.

I had a great time it was very relaxing and a comfortable environment amazing view. Property manager/owner was very efficient and helpful at all times.Only issue was lots of hair around and towels were very spotty. But other than that I recommend everyone needs to experience this place gave lots of people the property info and we ourselves will revisit.

An amazing escape to the lake experience.

Communication from the moment we booked and checked out was fantastic. Host took extra care in makeing us feel welcomed and even gave us options for early check-in. Everything I needed was easy to find. The view alone created a very relaxing atmosphere for cooking, sipping wine, conversating, playing games, reading a book or watching a movie. For dinner, ordering in or going out, you have alot of options, plus alot of local winery that offer wine tasting or have knowledge of the perfect wine to pair with meals. My overall experience was worth this amazing escape to the lakes. I will definitely book again. Thank you for everything.

Great Stay

We were looking for a working vacation with a view. The view of the lake was fantastic. It changed each day we were there. There was also a Bald Eagle that came by everyday and perched on an outside tree. There as also high speed internet and large TV's. It was the off season so most of the "strip" was closed but were many local restaurants open and they all were great.
