I don’t see myself staying here ever again. This hotel just wasn’t my vibe. The day of my arrival, I requested private transportation for the following day, December 14, 2025 (my birthday) at 9am for a tour for me and my fiancé. I didn’t get a courtesy call to inform me that the transportation had arrived. It was around 9:15am when I called the front desk to check the status of my transportation and that’s when I was informed that transportation was already at the hotel waiting for us.
I was told that rooms are cleaned upon request. I requested our room to be cleaned after my fiancé and I left for our tour, but our room didn’t get cleaned till around 1:35pm after we had returned. I asked the front desk why our room wasn’t cleaned and he stated that they had to get rooms ready for new arrivals. When the front desk saw I was a bit frustrated, he immediately had someone to clean the room. Even when the cleaning crew that cleaned our room seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I asked for my room to be cleaned around 9:30am but it wasn’t cleaned until 1:35pm, and the new guests didn’t arrive sometimes around 5pm. It would have been nice to have returned to a clean room after a fun day of adventures.
The morning of December 15, 2025 around 7:30am, I asked for a room clean. After returning to our room, the cleaning crew had finished cleaning, but was casually sitting on the couch talking, which was awkward to say the least.
